BACIL is a low cost, not for profit service allowing you to access a huge database of offenders with the ability to exclude and report

The BACIL database of offenders has the ability to send reports and exclude criminals with immediate effect. Members of BACIL pay a £10 weekly subscription which after being provided with a two way digital radio connects them to over 300 venues across Leeds, on-call paramedics, PCSO’s and city centre liaison officers.
